M.A. + Associates plans to bring Epcon homes to Maryland
COLUMBUS, Ohio (April 22, 2020) – Epcon Franchising is pleased to welcome another Franchise Builder to our network in the Baltimore, Maryland market – Michael Withers of M.A. + Associates.
Michael has owned M.A. + Associates, a government construction management consulting firm, for the past 11 years. The firm handles primarily large commercial projects and has strategically shifted focus to real estate development over the past several years. He plans to break ground in the next year on the first Epcon community in Maryland. Michael says, “There is a tremendous need for 55+, retirement, senior housing in this market.”
