Twentieth Century Construction was founded by Tom and Doreen Riebe in 1981 and they have built hundreds of homes in Northeast Ohio and Southwest Florida. As Tom and Doreen moved towards retirement, the operations of the franchise has primarily been run by the next generation – Allison Moore, Jeff Smul and Chris Mulchin. Allison takes the lead on marketing and design, while Jeff and Chris split operational tasks in construction, land acquisition and project management.
