BDL Construction Group is led by Bes and Diana Kamberi. The company began in 2007 as Kamberi Family, a collection of several small businesses. Overtime the business evolved to include a construction wing dedicated to commercial development, construction of multi-family apartments and a small number of single-family residential homes. In 2022, they separated the construction operations into BDL Construction Group with the intention of growing the residential building activity. This pivot prompted them to research how the Epcon Franchise model could support their efforts in developing communities to build a scalable residential production operation.
