New Franchise Builders in Indiana have purchased, renovated and sold over 50 homes
COLUMBUS, Ohio (September 3, 2021) – We’d like to announce the 15th new Franchise Builder to join our network, Eric and Trisha Daugherty of Daugherty, Inc.
Together, Eric and Trisha have purchased, renovated and sold over 50 homes. They have a great understanding of construction and are ready to take the next step in their business with a 55+ project. They have also owned other franchise businesses in the past, so they appreciate the value of a system and a proven product. In addition, Eric has an executive role with a medical device company, and he expects to transition out of that as their homebuilding business takes off.
