He plans to culminate his career by becoming a residential home builder exclusively in the active adult market.
Evergreen Homes, Detroit, Michigan: Evergreen Homes, LLC is led by Jon and Stefanie Goldman, husband and wife team. They have been thriving in Southeast Michigan for the past twenty years, focusing primarily on move-up homes and communities on the west side of the market between Detroit and Ann Arbor.
BBG Homes, Orlando, Florida: BBG Homes is led by Fernando Braff, who has built over 700 homes in Central Florida. BBG Homes offering has primarily been production-style homes, so they are excited to venture into luxurious single-level living and private outdoor spaces.
BDL Construction Group, South Shore, Massachusetts: BDL Construction Group is led by Bes and Diana Kamberi, who evolved their small business to include a construction wing dedicated to commercial development, which is now expanding with the intention of growing the residential building activity.
Southern State Homes LLC, Wilmington, North Carolina: Southern State Homes LLC is led by father-son duo, Richard and Greg Wallace, who have been building custom homes along the North Carolina coast for 15 years. They are excited to take control of their future by developing their own communities.
Icon Lifestyles, El Paso, Texas: Icon Lifestyles is led by the husband and wife team of Carlos and Juanita Garcia. They currently build a mix of high-end custom and semi-custom homes and close around 100 homes per year in those two business segments.
Civitas Homes, Hickory, North Carolina: Civitas Homes is a new company that will be led by Dave Fontana, who was a residential builder in New York for 22 years before relocating to Hickory after winding down his New York operations.
