COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 7, 2023) – We are pleased to introduce the newest builder to join our network, BOA Builders of Grand Junction, Colorado.

This new franchise is led by husband and wife partners Charlie and Wendi Gechter. BOA Builders was founded in 1982 by Wendi’s father and provides custom building, commercial contracting, remodeling and land development services throughout the Grand Valley area. “Both Charlie and Wendi are very excited to add 55+ housing into their business portfolio, and acted very quickly on a franchise agreement,” says Paul Hanson, president of Epcon Franchising.
“They already have a first parcel under control for an Epcon project, so we expect them to begin contributing very quickly and incorporate their prior business expertise into our rich network.”
