This company will be led by Chuck Williams, who has been a commercial builder and land developer for many years in the Chicago suburbs of Northwest Indiana. In addition to the numerous commercial builds he has completed and the hundreds of home sites he has developed, Chuck was also an owner of a Service Master Franchise for five years and understands the value of following a process and interacting with a franchise peer network. He is currently delivering home sites to builders within a large 240-unit community in Northwest Indiana.
