Ohio Home Builder Signs With Epcon Franchising for New Cleveland Community

New Franchise Builder has built hundreds of homes in Ohio and Florida since 1981

COLUMBUS, Ohio (June 3, 2020) – We are pleased to welcome a new Franchise Builder to our network – Twentieth Century Construction in the Cleveland, Ohio market.

Twentieth Century Construction was founded by Tom and Doreen Riebe in 1981 and they have built hundreds of homes in Northeast Ohio and Southwest Florida. They are already under contract on a first Epcon project in the town of Bainbridge, which is a very desirable suburban market located southeast of downtown Cleveland.

As Tom and Doreen move towards retirement, the operations of the franchise will primarily be run by the next generation – Allison Moore, Jeff Smul and Chris Mulchin. Allison will take the lead on marketing and design, while Jeff and Chris will split operational tasks in construction, land acquisition and project management. Epcon Franchising President, Paul Hanson, says, “All three are already off to a great start in this new opportunity for their business and furthering their legacy.”
