Epcon Franchise Builder in South Carolina since 2020

Carrell Group is a long-time custom builder in the Myrtle Beach market, routinely building between 20-25 high-end homes per year. This strong and highly-experienced home building team was ready to simplify their business model through production building. Owner Bruce Carrell has been in home building since 1987, but had not yet had significant experience in land development. His vision is to scale this new segment of his business by building communities along the Myrtle Beach coast from the North Carolina line down to Pawley’s Island. Their first Epcon community, Courtyards by Carrell, is located in Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
