Epcon Franchise Builder in Ohio since 2020

Charis Homes, owned by Glenna Wilson, became Ohio’s first net-zero energy custom home builder in 2020. Glenna first became aware of Epcon when she visited a model home in Charlotte, NC and saw opportunitities available for her business. Charis Homes was one of the limited number of home builders nationwide to receive the EPA’s 2019 and 2018 airPLUS Leader Award. This annual award recognizes market leading organizations who promote safer, healthier and more comfortable indoor environments by participating with Indoor airPLUS and offering enhanced indoor air quality protections for their new home buyers.
