Custom Builder in Northeast Ohio Aims to Developer Larger 55+ Projects That Target a Wider Audience
COLUMBUS, Ohio (October 29, 2021) – Our newest Epcon Franchise Builder in 2021 is Perrino Custom Builders of Northeast Ohio. This company will focus on the areas west of I-77 in southern Cuyahoga County and northern Medina County and is led by Pat Perrino.
Pat has been a custom builder in Northeast Ohio for many years, and even diversified into furniture and decorating in recent years to provide additional in-house services to his custom clients and the general public. In his custom business, he recently developed a 55+ project targeting high-end custom, and he is excited to learn how to grow his business even larger by developing larger 55+ projects that target a wider audience.
