Real estate investors and developers add 55+ communities to their portfolio
COLUMBUS, Ohio (December 27, 2023) – Our seventh and final Franchise Home Builder to join the Epcon network in 2023 is Splendor Homes of San Antonio, Texas.
This company is led by Pam and Chuma Ozowalu. Both have advanced degrees in accounting and medical disciplines from past careers that evolved into residential investment and construction over the last eight years. This will be their first time venturing into land development, and they are excited to see the efficiencies that will come about from that versus the scattered building they have been doing.
