Land developers turn to vertical construction on the coast
COLUMBUS, Ohio (September 1, 2023) – Our sixth Franchise Home Builder to join the Epcon Network in 2023 is Elevation Homes in North Carolina.
This company is a partnership between Mike Foley and Zach Anderson. Mike is originally from California, but he has been in North Carolina the past several years working as a land developer alongside national and regional builders in the greater Raleigh market. Zach has worked in land development for several years with a national builder, and has partnered with Mike on development deals in recent years.
“Mike and Zach are excited to leverage their collective experience in development and begin their own vertical construction operations to round out their business,” says Paul Hanson, president of Epcon Franchising. The pair will be searching for project locations surrounding the growing New Bern market on the coast.
