This company is a partnership between Mike Foley and Zach Anderson. Mike is originally from California, but he has been in North Carolina the past several years working as a land developer alongside national and regional builders in the greater Raleigh market. Zach has worked in land development for several years with a national builder, and has partnered with Mike on development deals in recent years.

The pair will be searching for project locations surrounding the growing New Bern market on the coast.
