Tershe Development will develop a project within a lakeside destination town
COLUMBUS, Ohio (April 18, 2022) – Please join us in welcoming the newest Epcon Franchise Home Builder of 2022 – Tershe Development LLC of Iowa.
This franchise will be led by Terry Lutz and will first develop a project in northern Iowa within a lakeside destination town. Currently, Terry is CEO of a regional civil engineering firm and has been involved in numerous commercial and residential development projects throughout the Midwest – both in engineering them and developing them horizontally and vertically through other business ventures he has.
“Terry has already put together a support team for the development of this Epcon project and recently visited Columbus with all of them for a presentation and product tour,” says Paul Hanson, president of Epcon Franchising. “They’re already off to a strong and fast start in that first project, and I know many more will come about across the region for them.”
