Tershe Development Will Develop a Project Within a Lakeside Destination Town
COLUMBUS, Ohio (April 18, 2022) – Please join us in welcoming the newest Epcon Franchise Home Builder of 2022 – Tershe Development of Iowa.
This franchise will be led by Terry Lutz and will first develop a project in northern Iowa within a lakeside destination town. Currently, Terry is CEO of a regional civil engineering firm and has been involved in numerous commercial and residential development projects throughout the Midwest – both in engineering them and developing them horizontally and vertically through other business ventures he has.
