Seasoned Home Builder Expands into Community Development
COLUMBUS, Ohio (March, 2025) – We’re excited to announce our second new Franchise Home Builder to join the Epcon network in 2025 is Paragon Homes of South Carolina, LLC based in Greenville, South Carolina.
Mitch Genda, principal of Paragon Homes of South Carolina, has been in home building for 18 years in many positions. He is currently president and owner of an AR Homes franchise called Paragon Homes of Charlotte that builds custom homes in the Charlotte, North Carolina area with an average sales price of $2.5 million. In 2024, his team closed 25 million in home sales. We are thrilled to have them as part of the Epcon network.
