COLUMBUS, Ohio (March, 2025) – We’re excited to announce our third new Franchise Home Builder to join the Epcon network in 2025 is Cornerstone Courtyard Management, LLC based in Findlay, Ohio.
Cornerstone is led by Duane Jebbett and Richard Zydonik. Jebbett retired in 2019 after serving for 22 years as president and CEO of Rowmark, LLC and Premier Material Concepts. He also owns two FastSigns franchises with his wife. Zydonik is currently acting president of two FastSigns locations and was previously chief commercial officer for Rowmark.
