Experienced Entrepreneurs Expand Into Community Development
COLUMBUS, Ohio (March, 2025) – We’re excited to welcome our first new Franchise Home Builder to join the Epcon network in 2025 is Eagle Crest Builders based in Dayton, Ohio.
Led by Rod and Janie Patterson, Eagle Crest brings over four decades of experience in the home building and real estate industries. Rod’s passion for building began at age 12 and led him through trade school into a lifelong career, while Janie has built a dynamic portfolio in both interior design and entrepreneurship.
The Pattersons have owned and operated multiple businesses across various sectors of real estate. Most recently, Janie ran a Goddard School franchise which she sold in December 2024. Her creative vision and leadership, combined with Rod’s deep construction expertise, make them a strong addition to the Epcon Builder network.
