Stoneshire principals, Brian and Debra Eiseman, visited Epcon Communities’ headquarters in Columbus and joined the franchise network just two days later. Brian founded Stoneshire Builders in 2012 and has since focused on building semi-custom and custom homes in central North Dakota. Joining the Epcon network allows them to venture into community developments.
