Elevation Homes is a partnership between Mike Foley and Zach Anderson, who are bringing their collective experience in development to Epcon Franchising. Mike is originally from California, but he has been living in North Carolina the past several years working as a land developer alongside national and regional builders in the greater Raleigh market. Zach has worked in land development for several years with a national builder, and has partnered with Mike on development deals in recent years.
