Epcon Franchise Builder in Indiana since 2022

Led by Brad Davis, Davis Building Group currently builds over 300 homes per year across Central Indiana. Roughly half of that volume is in communities that they develop, and the other half is a scattered “on your lot” business serving rural areas outside of Indianapolis. Their first project will be in the Avon area, west of downtown Indy. Beyond that, they are planning to expand their business into the Bloomington and Fort Wayne markets, and they expect Epcon to be an important part of those expansions.
