BBG Homes is led by Fernando Braff, who arrived in the United States as an immigrant in 1994 to attend college and has had an impressive career since then that began in finance and has continued in home building for the last several years. He and his company have built over 700 homes in Central Florida, serving a wide geographic footprint that includes areas just north of Orlando in Orange County, areas between Orlando and Tampa in Polk County, and areas between Orlando and Ocala in Citrus and Sumter Counties. Their offering has been primarily production-style home for first time buyers and snowbirds. Epcon will be their first foray into luxurious single-level living with private outdoor spaces.
