Epcon Franchise Builder in Massachusetts since 2024
ADVA is a second-generation company lead by Tim McManus. Tim grew up in Rochester, where his father was a builder, and relocated to the Boston area around twenty years ago to continue the business there. Today, he builds custom homes, does some commercial contracting and has done land development to support his home building operations. He is excited to scale his volume capacity with Epcon’s production building model and enter the 55+ niche, which has not been a focus for his company in the past.
