Custom home builder turns to production building along the Atlantic coast
COLUMBUS, Ohio (December 23, 2020) – Bruce Carrell of Carrell Homes, LLC is a long-time custom builder in the Myrtle Beach market, routinely building between 20 and 25 high-end homes per year.
Bruce is surrounded by a strong and highly-experienced team that is excited to supplement and simplify their business through production building. Currently, they spend a great deal of time in the design phases of their process, and then manage numerous change orders during the build phase.
Bruce himself has been in home building since 1987, but has not yet had significant experience in land development. He envisions scaling this new segment of his business by building along the Myrtle Beach coast from the North Carolina line down to Pawley’s Island. “I am excited to see our brand expand in this exciting market,” says Paul Hanson, president of Epcon Franchising.
