Akron Canton-based Charis Homes to develop low maintenance communities of luxury ranch homes
COLUMBUS, Ohio (November 6, 2019) – Epcon Franchising (Epcon) announced today that Charis Homes, an award-winning custom builder of energy-efficient homes, will build its first Epcon community in Northeast Ohio.
The first 74 homes will be built within the City of Green off Massillon Rd. More than fifty percent of the City of Green is over the age of 55, making it an ideal location for the addition of homes that are popular with 55+ buyers. Adding to its appeal, the community will be near the interstate, robust shopping options and many other features that appeal to home buyers.

Development of the initial 74 homes began in October 2019, with all the homes scheduled to be completed within 3 years.
