Florida home builder plans to build Epcon homes in a fastest-growing area of Tampa Bay
COLUMBUS, Ohio (October 30, 2020) – The newest Epcon Franchise Builder is Middle Bay Homes Active Adult LLC, a partnership between Will Daniel and Cory Frier in Tampa, Florida.
Will and Cory left top-level positions at James Hardie in 2014 to pursue a custom infill building business. They have since completed impressive projects in the South Tampa and Seminole Heights neighborhoods of Tampa, as well as siding installation and distribution across Florida.
Their initial market area is located in the southeastern quadrant of Hillsborough County, which is one of the fastest-growing areas of Tampa Bay and currently has a high level of entry level, move up and active adult building activity. “I know they will capitalize on this booming area and realize a quick start to this new area of their business,” says Paul Hanson, president of Epcon Franchising.
