Epcon Franchising Adds National Sales Director to Franchise Team
New National Sales Director will consult with franchise owners on best sales practices
COLUMBUS, Ohio (October 14, 2020) – Epcon Franchising announced the hiring of Morgan Knapp as National Sales Director.
As National Sales Director, Knapp will consult with franchise owners on best sales practices, assist in the identification and coaching of sales consultants and aid in planning and executing events with the overall purpose of accelerating sales in a new community. She’ll also work closely with the business development team to explain these sales and sales management resources to prospective franchisees.
Knapp previously worked for Epcon Communities in the role of Recruiting Manager, where she recruited top sales professionals. Prior to that she was Regional Sales Manager for Epcon Communities, where she launched dozens of new communities, streamlined sales processes and led a team of New Home Sales Consultants.
